Lending in the Bitterroot Valley continues to tighten with lending programs that continue to be affected by the national decline in the value of bank mortgage loan portfolios and delcining values.  IN western Montana Integrity Mortgage Inc continues to provide a wide varity of good loan options with wholesale rates. We have just applied for seven more wholesale banks that have given us to have even more lending options available for our clients. Our real estate markets in Ravalli County continue to stay level and we have not been affected by the declining markets rules put on many lending programs. Washington and Idaho are more affected by these new declining market rules due to the rampent speculation of realestate over the last seven years. The sub $300,000 realestate category continues to hold up strong with alot of activity as this is the most affordable housing in the real world. Housng in the Bitterroot Valley and the rest of Ravallli County is at four years supply with more supply coming to the market!!!!! It is time for those who speculate to take careful examination of what really is a profitable transaction!!
